CMP Initiatives



TEXTBOOKS  in all subjects were distributed to RTE students of classes I-V in the month of April 2017. Textbooks of all subjects were distributed I-V

School Readiness Programme 2017-18

 School Readiness programme for class 1 students was started in the Vidyalaya from 15 th April. It went up to the last working day of the session



14TH November was a special day for all those who attended the program and for us, as it was the Grand Parents day. The grandparents were greeted with flowers and cards made with love and affection by the kids. The event was packed with classical dance and action songs by the children. Games were organised for the grandparents followed by prize distribution to the winners.




Children’s day was celebrated with gaiety and fervour on the school premises on  14th November. The programme began with prayer and tributes to Chacha Nehru. The programme included action song, sunflower dance by the tiny tots and speech, followed by fancy dress competition by primary kids. Later, the whole school participated in community lunch followed by games in the campus.




                                 EXCURSION- Primary Students

Children of primary section were taken on an  excursion to Deer Park(classes  I & II), Nehru zoological park and Bhagyanagar Nandanvanam. By visiting these places children gained knowledge and love towards our environment.



*Donations &Philanthropy

Primary Students of KV no 2 Uppal always contribute selflessly to different national NGO’s like IDF, cancer society, flag fund, Armed force welfare fund. This year, the school was awarded with shield and a social action award for its amazing contribution to the under privileged.  Ms. Juhi of 4th A got gold medals for the highest contribution of Rs 10000.


*The Annual Medical Check up students was conducted  during 2017-18


*Back to basics orientation programme at the Vidyalaya level was conducted fon 16.12. 2017

 By Mrs. Radha Mahalakshmi (Principal), Mrs. Meera mumtaz (TGT. SST) and Mr. Koteswar Rao (HM).



Parent teacher meeting were organised regularly to keep the parents updated about their wards performance and conduct.


Community lunch  Programme was conducted on 16th November 2017 in the Vidyalaya as a part of CMP. Children and teachers participated in this programme very enthusiastically.
